Description

Deliciously creamy Brie cheese bites topped with sweet honey, crunchy pistachios, and tart cranberries, served with pretzel sticks for dipping—a perfect appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 300 grams Brie cheese (double cream, not too soft)
  • 1/4 cup hot honey or regular honey
  • 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
  • 16 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. Cut the Brie cheese into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Place the cheese cubes on a serving platter.
  3. Drizzle the hot or regular honey evenly over the Brie cubes.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and dried cranberries on top of the honey-coated cheese.
  5. Serve with pretzel sticks for dipping or skewering the cheese bites.
  6. Optional: Chill for 10 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Use slightly firm Brie to prevent it from melting too quickly.
  • Hot honey adds a nice spicy-sweet kick, but regular honey works well too.
  • Can be prepared ahead of time; store in the refrigerator and drizzle honey just before serving.
  • Variations: Swap pistachios with walnuts or almonds, and cranberries with dried cherries or apricots.
