- 300 grams Brie cheese, firm double cream variety
- 1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey)
- 1/3 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 16 pretzel sticks
Instructions
- Finely chop the pistachios and dried cranberries. Mix together in a small bowl.
- Cut brie cheese into 16 small cubes or rectangles.
- Place brie cubes on a serving tray and top each with a sprinkle of the pistachio-cranberry mixture.
- Drizzle lightly with hot honey.
- Insert a pretzel stick into each cube to form a bite-sized skewer.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
