Description

These crispy oven-baked breaded chicken wings are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make! Coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and Greek yogurt for extra tenderness, theyโ€™re perfect for game nights, parties, or a delicious appetizer. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (120ml)
  • 1 lb chicken wings (drumettes & flats, 450g)
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs (80g)
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare:

    • Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Coat the Wings:

    • Place Greek yogurt in a Ziploc bag or bowl.
    • Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Season the Breading:

    • In another Ziploc bag, combine breadcrumbs, celery salt, paprika, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
    • Add 1-2 wings at a time and shake until fully coated.
  • Bake:

    • Arrange wings on the prepared baking tray.
    • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve & Enjoy:

    • Serve warm with your favorite dip!

Notes

  • The Greek yogurt keeps the wings juicy while helping the breadcrumbs stick.
  • Adjust cayenne for more or less spice.
  • Best served fresh out of the oven for maximum crispiness.
