- 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (120ml)
- 1 lb chicken wings (drumettes & flats, 450g)
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs (80g)
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions

Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Coat the Wings:
- Place Greek yogurt in a Ziploc bag or bowl.
- Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

Season the Breading:
- In another Ziploc bag, combine breadcrumbs, celery salt, paprika, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
- Add 1-2 wings at a time and shake until fully coated.

Bake:
- Arrange wings on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
