- 200g Biscoff biscuits, broken into pieces
- 200g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 50g butter
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 100g mini marshmallows
- 50g dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
- 50g Biscoff spread (for drizzling, optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt together the butter, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and golden syrup over low heat. Stir occasionally until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the broken Biscoff biscuits, mini marshmallows, and dried cranberries (if using). Stir to combine, making sure everything is coated with the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and press down gently to level the top.
- If desired, drizzle Biscoff spread over the top and swirl to create a marbled effect.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until set. Once set, cut into squares or bars.
