Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Cook for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and fully cooked.

  4. Stir in the sliced zucchini and cook for another 4 minutes until tender.

  5. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
