- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced bell peppers and onion. Cook for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are slightly softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
- Add cooked rice to the skillet and toss everything together until evenly coated in the sauce.
