Ingredients

  • 500g diced chicken

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano

  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 2 mixed peppers, sliced

  • 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce

  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree

  • 80g mozzarella cheese

  • 2 flatbreads

  • Garnish: parsley, chili flakes, BBQ sauce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Fry seasoned chicken, onions, and peppers in a pan until cooked and browned.

  2. Remove peppers and onions from the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce to the chicken, mix, and set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix BBQ sauce and tomato puree together.

  4. Layer the flatbread with BBQ sauce, followed by the cooked chicken, peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
