- Pinch of salt
- Butter for cooking

Instructions
- Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing banana slices between two pieces of French bread.
- Dip each sandwich briefly into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Place on the skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
