Meat:

  • 10 pieces of chicken
  • 1 tablespoon chicken spice mix

Veggies & Aromatics:

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped

Sauce:

 

  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
  • Place chicken pieces in a baking dish and season with chicken spice mix, salt, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • In a small bowl, mix chopped parsley, garlic, and red onion. Spread this mixture over the chicken.
  • In another bowl, whisk together chicken stock, lemon juice, melted butter, and cream. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is golden and fully cooked.
