- 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, egg, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add olive oil if using.
- Mix ingredients until well combined but do not overmix.
- Form mixture into 1–1.5 inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce, pasta, or as an appetizer.
