Description

Juicy and flavorful baked chicken meatballs made with Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, and simple seasonings — perfect as an appetizer, main dish, or meal prep option.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Additional seasonings optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, egg, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add olive oil if using.
  3. Mix ingredients until well combined but do not overmix.
  4. Form mixture into 1–1.5 inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).
