- 1/3 cup fig jam (or preserves of choice)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Flaky sea salt, for serving
- Crostini, apple slices, or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a small baking dish or cast iron skillet with parchment paper.
- Score the Brie:
- Using a sharp knife, score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern.
- Be careful not to cut too deep into the cheese.
- Add the Jam & Topping:
- Spread the fig jam evenly over the brie.
- In a small bowl, mix walnuts, honey, orange zest, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Spoon the walnut mixture over the brie.
