Description

This Baked Brie with Cherry Jam, Pistachios, Cinnamon, and Honey is a warm, gooey, and elegant appetizer. The creamy brie melts beneath a sweet and nutty topping, creating a show-stopping dish that’s as simple as it is delicious.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 500 g (16 oz) round brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup cherry jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Flaky sea salt, a pinch for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread cherry jam evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dust lightly with cinnamon.
  5. Drizzle honey over the top for a glossy finish.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty but not burst.
  7. Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
  8. Top with a pinch of flaky sea salt and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.

Notes

  • Keep the rind on the brie to hold its shape while baking.
  • Use room-temperature brie for more even melting.
  • Warm the jam slightly before spreading for easy application.
