Description

This 2-ingredient Apple Caramel Sauce is a simple, sweet, and rich sauce made from apple juice and sweetened condensed milk. Perfect for drizzling over desserts, pancakes, or ice cream.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Pour apple juice and sweetened condensed milk into a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously to combine ingredients and prevent sticking.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Continue to stir and cook for 10–15 minutes, until the sauce thickens and achieves a caramel consistency.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Stir constantly to avoid burning or sticking to the pan.
  • For a richer caramel flavor, cook slightly longer until the sauce darkens.
  • Can be used as a topping for ice cream, cakes, pancakes, or waffles.
