- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb/450g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, and honey (if using).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them with the sweet chili mixture, making sure they are evenly covered.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- While the chicken is cooking, season the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then place them in the air fryer basket as well. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the sliced chicken with the crispy Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with any remaining sweet chili sauce from the air fryer basket if desired.

- You can make extra sweet chili sauce and drizzle it over the dish for added flavor.
- This recipe works well with chicken thighs or even pork tenderloin instead of chicken breasts.
