Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare

    • Preheat the air fryer to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC).
    • Lightly grease an 8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Make the Egg Mixture

    • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
    • Stir in spinach, tomatoes, and any other mix-ins of choice.
    • Ensure excess water is removed from vegetables to prevent sogginess.
  • Cook the Omelette

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
    • Place in the air fryer and cook at 350ยฐF (180ยฐC) for 7-9 minutes, until the center is set.
