- 6 oz salted tortilla chips, divided
- 6 oz shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix), divided
- 1 tbsp Tanjin seasoning, divided
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Optional Additions:
- 1 cup taco-seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken, beef, or pork
- 1/2 cup black beans or pinto beans (seasoned)
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 tbsp chopped jalapeños or other chilies
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil, folding it to cover the bottom and part of the sides.
- Spread half the chips in the basket, followed by half the cheese and half the Tanjin seasoning.
- Add the remaining chips, cheese, and Tanjin on top.
- Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Carefully remove the foil with the nachos and transfer them to a serving platter.
- Top with salsa, sour cream, and cilantro, along with any additional toppings of your choice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Use your favorite cheese blend for extra flavor.
- Swap Tanjin seasoning for taco seasoning or smoked paprika if preferred.
