Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, egg, garlic, almond flour, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
  3. Form mixture into 16 small meatballs.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange meatballs in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
