- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, egg, garlic, almond flour, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Form mixture into 16 small meatballs.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange meatballs in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Serve hot with marinara sauce or a creamy dip.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh chopped parsley or a pinch of crushed red pepper.
- Make a double batch and freeze cooked meatballs for quick meals.
- Serve over zucchini noodles or with a side salad for a full keto meal.
