  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (herbs de Provence or dried oregano)

Instructions

  • Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon over the chicken thighs, then season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried herbs.
  • Rub the seasoning all over the chicken to coat well.
