- 1 medium egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup dates, pitted and diced
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Brie: Unwrap the brie and place it in the center of the puff pastry sheet.
- Wrap the Brie: Gently fold the puff pastry around the cheese, trimming off any excess on the bottom if needed.
- Apply Egg Wash: Beat the egg and brush it over the puff pastry for a golden finish.
- Air Fry:
- Place the wrapped brie into the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, then carefully flip and fry for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown on both sides.
