Scale
- 2 lbs golden potatoes
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes if desired. Slice each potato thinly, leaving the slices connected at the bottom so they fan out like an accordion.
- Season: Brush olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle generously with salt.
- Preheat air fryer: Set the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Cook: Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25–30 minutes, checking halfway through and brushing with additional olive oil if needed, until crispy on the edges and tender inside.
- Serve: Remove from air fryer and serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of paprika.
Notes
- Try adding garlic powder, paprika, or rosemary for extra flavor.
- Use a sharp knife or mandoline for uniform slices for even cooking.
- Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
