- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 2-4 tablespoons water, as needed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, parmesan, capers, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately over salad or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

- For a thinner dressing, add more water or lemon juice.
