Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2-4 tablespoons water, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, parmesan, capers, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately over salad or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes
