Description

This 5-Ingredient Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip is a quick and easy appetizer thatโ€™s both healthy and delicious. With only five ingredients, itโ€™s naturally gluten-free and perfect for serving at parties or enjoying as a snack.

  • 2.5 cups canned artichokes, drained and roughly chopped
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped and packed
  • 1/2 cup shallot, diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek nonfat yogurt
  • Optional: parmesan and/or mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF.
  2. Combine neufchรขtel cheese, artichokes, spinach, shallots, and Greek yogurt in a casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes, then stir to combine.
  4. If desired, top with parmesan and/or mozzarella cheese and broil for the last 5 minutes for a cheesy, golden top.
