- In a medium saucepan, cook the diced apples over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they become soft and begin to break down, about 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
