Description

Satisfy your sweet cravings with these simple and delicious 3-Ingredient Bounty Balls. Made with coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate, they’re an easy-to-make treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 200g coconut powder
  • 200ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g melted chocolate (milk or dark, as preferred)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut powder and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until a thick and sticky dough forms.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or small logs, as desired.
  • Place the shaped balls on a lined baking tray and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift the ball and let any excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place the coated balls back onto the tray and chill again until the chocolate sets, about 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy your homemade bounty balls!

Notes

  • Add a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top of the chocolate coating for extra flair.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
