Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut powder and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until a thick and sticky dough forms.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or small logs, as desired.
- Place the shaped balls on a lined baking tray and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift the ball and let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the coated balls back onto the tray and chill again until the chocolate sets, about 20 minutes.
