Description

- 2 medium bananas
- 2-3 teaspoons peanut butter
- 70 grams dark chocolate
- 1-2 teaspoons crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Slice the bananas into even rounds.
- Add a small amount of peanut butter onto half of the slices.
- Top with the remaining slices to form small sandwiches.
- Place the banana sandwiches on a parchment lined tray and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate gently in a microwave safe bowl or double boiler.
- Dip each frozen banana sandwich into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts over the top while the chocolate is still soft.
- Freeze for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until fully set, then serve.
Notes
- Use slightly firm bananas to prevent mushiness.
- Do not overheat the chocolate or it may seize.
- Freeze in single layers to avoid sticking.
- Best enjoyed straight from the freezer for ideal texture.
