- Sautรฉ the Garlic: In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
- Add Tomatoes and Tuna: Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften. Then, add the canned tuna, breaking it up gently as you mix it in.
- Combine with Pasta: Add the drained pasta back to the pot. Toss everything together, incorporating the reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and toss with fresh parsley. Serve warm, garnished as desired.
Notes
- Perfect Pasta: Make sure to cook the pasta al dente for the best texture.
- Flavor Boost: Use lemon zest for an extra layer of flavor.
- One-Pot Wonder: Keep everything in one pot for minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.
- Stay Fresh: Use fresh parsley for a vibrant finish, as dried herbs can lose their potency.
- Taste as You Go: Adjust seasonings according to your preferences while cooking!
