Instructions
- Add 1 cup plain Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
- Pour in the entire 1 ounce package of sugar free lemon pudding mix.
- Whisk or stir thoroughly for 1 to 2 minutes until completely smooth and thick.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into two ramekins or small serving cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.
