  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Crushed red pepper (optional)

For the Pizza:

  • 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce (or 2 tbsp tomato paste mixed with water)
  • 1 tsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp chopped olives
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Thinly slice the onion, bell pepper, and olives. Mince the garlic.
  • Season the Tuna: Drain the canned tuna well and mix it with lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and oregano.
  • Make the Sauce: Mix the tomato sauce (or tomato paste with water) and pesto in a small bowl.
  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  • Assemble the Pizza:
    • Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
    • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the tortilla.
    • Evenly distribute the seasoned tuna on top.
    • Add the sliced onions, olives, and bell peppers.
    • Generously sprinkle shredded cheese over everything.
  • Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
